Course Aims

To raise the personal safety awareness of the individual.
To develop individual strategies to improve their personal safety in a variety of situations.
To increase their knowledge and understanding of a range of personal safety issues and become aware of some of the practical and legal issues surrounding personal safety.

This programme is for everyone who may have concerns about their personal safety, either in the workplace or in a social environment.
